It is part of a new generation of Dan Wesson air guns with a rifled inner barrel allowing the use of pellets; this improves both range and accuracy. It has authentic markings and an individual serial number stamped in the frame. The revolver has a double action trigger system and an adjustable rear sight for added realism and accuracy.

The Dan Wesson revolver is made of metal, with the exception of the ergonomic hard ABS plastic grip. The 12g CO2 capsule is stored in the grip and is easily accessible by sliding the grip back - easy loading style. Each of the 6 cartridges contains a 4.5mm pellet and is placed in the metal cylinder which rotates with each shot. The revolver comes with a quick loader for the cartridges.
