The sale of airsoft, recreational or defensive shooting weapons is prohibited to minors. You will be asked to show proof of age.

The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the day of validation of the order.

  

Section 2 - Product Availability

Your order will be taken care of at the latest within 1 working day from the day of your validation and payment of your order.
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site. However, some products may require a waiting period. In this case, we will contact you and let you know this deadline.

Section 3 - Price

The price of the products present on the site are fixed in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding participation in shipping costs. In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of products. Customs fees and/or other local taxes or import fees may be payable and are not the responsibility of Wicked Store.

These costs will be your responsibility and are your responsibility. In this case, find out about these points from your local authorities.

The prices mentioned and invoiced on the site are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and can be modified at any time without notice by Wicked Store. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  

Section 4 - Payment terms

You can make payments by (depending on your country's eligibility):

With Alma you can pay in 4 installments free of charge by credit card, without complicated file.

Installment/deferred payment is available through our partner Alma. Payment security is provided by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Amount of purchases

Only purchases between €100 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.

Costs:

By paying in installments with Alma, the Customer does not pay any fees.

Alma is a tele-payment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code.

Termination:

Any termination of the T&Cs which bind the Seller and the customer, entails the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.

  

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

All the times announced are calculated in working days.
The delivery date is calculated taking into account the preparation and shipping times to which is added the carrier's delivery time (for France: DPD in 24/48h - Pallet in 48/96h).

The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated to us during the ordering process or in the event of your absence, your package will be waiting for you in the agency of the chosen carrier. in advance (usually at the nearest post office).

Delivery can be made throughout France and in certain European countries. If no carrier is offered for your destination, you can contact us and we will try to find a solution as far as possible.

ATTENTION, In case of blockage by customs, Wicked Store will not be able to reimburse the shipping costs.

Reception procedure / Condition of the package(s)

Whether delivered to your home or picked up at a relay point, it is imperative to check the condition and contents of the package before signing. All our parcels are strapped. If the strapping is not present, it is imperative to check before accepting the parcel. 

CHECK OF THE PACKAGE: it is important to open the packages in front of the carrier to check the condition of the goods even if the box seems intact. If the goods are damaged or missing, we invite you to refuse the package to the delivery person and to note precisely what is wrong. For example: “Damaged package, unusable and totally destroyed merchandise”.

IMPORTANT ! Without refusal of the package and specific reservations as mentioned above, we will not be able to open a dispute and the goods will be considered accepted, complete and compliant.

  

Section 6 - Force majeure

Our company cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure. With regard to products purchased to meet professional needs, Wicked Store will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of the present, operating loss, loss of profit, damages or costs, which may arise.

  

Section 7 - Right to retract

You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, which we extend to 30 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, suitable for re-sale, and request an exchange or refund, excluding the cost of return.

Any return request must be made by email to info@wicked-store.com, mentioning your order number and your contact details.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods; we do not provide a returns label. 

As a security measure, the return of some of our products cannot be accepted if the original packaging has been opened, unsealed, torn or marked. Especially the following products:

- All "fireworks" products (grenades, smoke…).
- All consumables (balls, pellets, CO² capsules and gas cylinders).

Once your return has been received and checked at our warehouse, we will refund you within 14 days (this period runs from the date of your cancellation request, provided that we have received the returned product(s)).

  

Section 8 - Warranties and after-sales service

Legal Warranties

The consumer is reminded, within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, that he:

- Benefits from a period of two years from the delivery of the property to act (legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years for the categories of goods determined by decree no. 2021-609 of 18 May 2021);

- Can choose between repairing or replacing the good, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L217-9 of the consumer code. The seller may not proceed according to the choice of the buyer if this choice entails a manifestly disproportionate cost with regard to the other method, taking into account the value of the good or the importance of the defect;

- Is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity during the 24 months following the delivery of the new item.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee that may cover your property.

Guarantee against hidden defects

The guarantee relating to defects in the thing sold, also called the "guarantee of hidden defects", is provided for in articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code.

It is recalled that the consumer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code and that in this case he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the civil code.

Limited Warranties:

Failure caused by your negligence, damage or misuse voids the manufacturer's warranty. In this case, the product may be returned to you as is, or repaired upon acceptance and prior payment of an estimate drawn up by the manufacturer or its after-sales service. The manufacturer's guarantee does not deprive the buyer and/or the consumer of the provisions of the legal guarantees (in particular the guarantee against hidden defects or the legal guarantee of conformity).

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contractual relationship between Wicked Store and the Buyer are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If the dispute persists, it will be submitted to the competent court.
