We only deliver in Europe, if your country is not part of Europe or is under customs, we will not be able to deliver. 

We do not deliver outside the European Economic Area

We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories

To know the available carriers and the rates, you must fill in your delivery details. 

  

We ship orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, if you order on the weekend your order will leave on Monday. All our shipments are tracked, a link will be sent to you by email to allow you to track your package. 

For a same day departure (Monday to Friday) your order must be placed before 10am.

Please note that delivery times are only given as an indication and cannot give rise, on the part of the buyer, in the event of late delivery, either to the cancellation of the order or to a request for damages.

Delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen and the destination: 

- Delivery to a relay point in France within 24/48 hours and within 6 days maximum

- Home delivery in France within 24/48 hours and within 5 days maximum

- Delivery in Europe within 5 days.

If the parcel has still not arrived after this time, contact us to make enquiries with the carrier.

  

A problem at the reception of the package?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours at info@wicked-store.com

Don't forget to include your order number and photos of the damage.

You have changed your mind? You are not completely satisfied with the items you received?

  

You have a legal cooling-off period of 14 days, which we extend to 30 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, suitable for re-marketing, and request an exchange or refund, excluding return costs.

All requests for returns should be made by e-mail to info@wicked-store.com, quoting your order number and contact details.

We can provide you with a prepaid returns slip (on request) which will be deducted from your refund or, if you prefer, you can choose another carrier at your expense.

Once your return has been received and checked at our warehouse we will process your refund within 14 days (this period runs from the date of your cancellation request, provided we have received the returned product(s)).

  

When you make a return, you are responsible for the proper packaging of each item. You bear the risk of the package/items yourself until we receive the package. So keep the postal receipt and any tracking number. If the item was delivered in special packaging, the item must also be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

WARNING: only products returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. This means that their box, plastic film and/or original protection is intact. The products must imperatively be over-packed for transport so as not to be altered in any way during their transport.
