We only deliver in Europe, if your country is not part of Europe or is under customs, we will not be able to deliver. 


We ship orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, if you order on the weekend your order will leave on Monday. All our shipments are tracked, a link will be sent to you by email to allow you to track your package. 


To know the available carriers and the rates, you must fill in your delivery details. 

From 30kg onwards, we use carriers specialized in heavy volume and deliveries are therefore limited to certain countries. No carrier is proposed to you? Please contact us!

For a same day departure (Monday to Friday) your order must be placed before 12am.

Please note that delivery times are only given as an indication and cannot give rise, on the part of the buyer, in the event of late delivery, either to the cancellation of the order or to a request for damages.

You have changed your mind? You are not completely satisfied with the items you received?


You can return your online purchase up to 30 days after receiving the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, please fill out and print the return label via the link below.

Once your package is received and checked at our warehouse, you will be immediately refunded on the payment method used during the order.

Thus, by using the prepaid return label, 19 € will be deducted from your balance.

When you make a return, you are responsible for the proper packaging of each item. You bear the risk of the package/items yourself until we receive the package. So keep the postal receipt and any tracking number. If the item was delivered in special packaging, the item must also be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

WARNING: only products returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. This means that their box, plastic film and/or original protection is intact. The products must imperatively be over-packed for transport so as not to be altered in any way during their transport.
