BYRNA KINETIC PROJECTILES x25
Byrna KINETIC hard polymer projectiles, used for training or defence. The composition and density of the ball enable it to shatter glass panes and bottles.
These projectiles, unlike others, do not shatter on impact and can be used to delay, deter or discourage an assailant, but only chemical projectiles should be used for defence purposes.

The 'Kinetic' hard polymer projectile is a versatile ammunition designed for training and defence. It is made from a material that is resistant to impact and does not fragment. It is used with a Byrna launcher, which provides short- and medium-range propulsion (up to 20 metres).
This projectile is ideal for training situations involving paper targets, bottles or our Byrna training tent. It can also be effective in personal defence situations, where it can temporarily immobilise an aggressor.
It is important to note that, although the Byrna Kinetic projectile is considered non-lethal, it can cause injury from the force of the impact if used at too close a range, from being fired into the eyes or any sensitive part of the body, or if the target has pre-existing medical conditions. It should therefore only be used in the event of immediate danger and after assessing the situation.
Kinetic" ammunition is rarely used in self-defence, because despite the strong impact and the pain felt by the assailant on his body, it is rare to achieve temporary immobilisation. This pain on the assailant can increase his aggressiveness without stopping or slowing him down, which is why the police and security forces prefer to use incapacitating and irritating chemical ammunition such as Byrna "Pepper" or "Max".
While the assailant is temporarily incapacitated, it is preferable to flee rather than attempt to neutralise him or her. It is important to contact the police to deal with the situation.
