The Gen2 upgrade of the robust and reliable Home Defense Revolver (HDR 50) has been optimized in terms of functionality and design, improving its effectiveness for self-protection and home defense. This powerful non-lethal/less lethal solution is a reliable companion in critical situations.

With its familiar revolver shape, the HDR 50 Gen2 is easy to use and reliable. It also features the proven P2P system, which offers a wide choice of .50-calibre pellets and is fed by a 12g CO2 capsule. The 6-shot rotary magazine can fire precision finned pellets and can be changed quickly. The cylinder release frame has been redesigned for even greater ease of use. Intuitively placed functional elements and intelligent design ensure correct handling.

The energy has been increased to 13 joules for a considerable gain in efficiency.

The most significant updates to this second-generation model include an optimised grip texture, a new high-contrast fibre-optic sight and an innovative tool-free quick-drill system with integrated pressure release. The 12g CO2 capsule in the grip is drilled only when needed, and a light tap on the bottom of the grip is all that's required. In this way, users can be sure of full capsules and the best performance, even after long periods of storage. A clearly visible and palpable pressure indicator shows whether the marker is ready for action. Any remaining pressure is easily and safely released by a quarter-turn of the screw at the bottom of the handle.

The trigger safety prevents accidental firing, the extended top Picatinny rail allows a point-and-shoot sight to be fitted, and the Picatinny rail beneath the barrel can accommodate additional accessories. The P2P HDR 50 Gen2 is also fully compatible with a wide range of existing accessories.

The distinctive, eye-catching orange colour clearly identifies the HDR 50 Gen2 as a non-lethal protective device. Used internationally, it signals non-lethal defensive intent to potential attackers and therefore has a de-escalating effect.

As ammunition, users can choose from the full range of P2P ammunition, including .50 calibre precision pellets.
